Richard M. Di Monte, Jr. D.O.

Dr. Richard M. Di Monte, Jr. graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1994 and practiced family medicine in Southwest Philadelphia until 2004 when he opened his solo practice in Media across the street from the Delaware County Courthouse.  Dr. Di Monte recognizes that drug and alcohol addiction can affect anyone regardless of age, race, education or finances and has expanded his family medical practice to include addiction treatment. He is a member of the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry and has been certified to prescribe Buprenorphine since 2007.  In his family practice as well as his addiction practice, Dr. Di Monte applies the philosophy that it is necessary to treat the whole person and not just his/her disease.

Harold S. Dalton Jr. MSW, LCSW, CADC

Harold Dalton graduated from Houghton College with a BA in Psychology and Sociology and was awarded his Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Temple University.  Harold is a former probation/parole officer with the Substance Abuse Unit of the Philadelphia Court Of Common Pleas. He has worked as a therapist at the Center for Addictive Diseases at Paoli and Bryn Mawr Hospitals, Center for Pastoral Care at Catholic Charities, and Rehab after Work.  Harold has served as an administrator with Northwestern Human Services, ServiceMaster, and at present, County Seat Behavioral Health, LLC.



Sister Monica Sheehy, RSM, BS, CADC

Sister Monica is a member of the Sisters of Mercy and has served as an educator for 18 years and a Addictions and Mental Health Counselor for 29 years. She has her B.S. Degree from Gwynedd Mercy College.  She is the recipient of the Lorrain Hinkel Award from Villanova University for outstanding contributions to the field of Drug and Alcohol Counseling.  Sister Monica has been a therapist in the following programs, Mercy Haverford Hospital, The Friendship Center, Rehab After Work, Eugenia Psychiatric Hospital, Mirmont Treatment Center, and Valley Forge Hospital.  She has also participated on the Eagleville Hospital and Rehabilitation Center as a distinguished member.


Katherine E. Tackach, BFA, AACll

Katherine Tackach  intake assessment specialist and co-facilitator.  She completed her Bachelors degree at Moore College of Art and Design.  After graduation she was employed by Northwestern Human Services as an intake specialist where she assisted in admission of mental health and substance abusing clients.  Katherine is a counselor currently working on completion of her Certified Addiction Counselor credential.  She completed the Villanova Substance Abuse Certificate and has multiple continuing education hours completed in addictions at the Addictions Institute at Catholic Charities in Wilmington Delaware.  She has also completed core courses with the Pennsylvania Department of Health, drug and alcohol training programs.
